ZORT can consolidate orders from all sales channels and connect directly to the shipping system. A comprehensive selection of shipping service providers is available, including Thailand Post, J&T Express, KERRY Express, Flash Express, and many more. Stores can ship products through the ZORT system by following these steps:
1. Go to the "Orders" menu and select "Orders."
2. Choose the order.
3. Click "Postal Service." Then, select "1 Shipment" or "Each Shipment."
4. Select the shipping service.
5. Enter the sender's and recipient's details, then click "Next."
6. Review the service charges and click Confirm.
7. After confirming, the system will redirect you to the payment page. Check the details, then click Confirm and Pay.
8. Choose the Payment Method, either through a QR code or another payment channel.
How to Print a Shipping Label
1. Go to the Orders menu and select Shipping Service.
2. Choose the order you want to print.
3. Click Print Shipping Label.
4. A shipping label with a tracking number will be generated, which you can immediately share with the customer.
For customers shipping through the system for the first time or those who have not yet verified their identity, the system will prompt you to verify your phone number first.
Enter your phone number, then input the OTP code received via SMS into the system.
